Welcome to The Iron Industry! Our Terms & Conditions detail the terms governing your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.   1. General

We are the operator of Barnes equipment consulting services, referred to as “we” and “us.” By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect and set expectations for both parties regarding our services.

  • Subject to Stock Availability: We aim to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be discrepancies occasionally. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and inform you about backordered items.
  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in all product cost. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, and this will be the final shipping cost.

  1. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. You’ll be notified via email.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim.

Upon receiving returned items for a warranty claim, we’ll process it within 7 days. You’ll have the choice of a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

  1. Delivery
  • 4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments take 7 – 30 days.
  • 4.2 Transit Time Internationally: International orders take 15 – 60 days, depending on the courier.
  • 4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 7 business days.
  • 4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch.
  • 4.5 Items Out Of Stock: Out-of-stock items will be dispatched once available.
  • 4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us if delivery time exceeds the estimate.
  1. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive tracking links to follow shipment progress based on shipping provider updates.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged, reject it if possible. If delivered, contact customer service.

  1. Duties & Taxes
  • 7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to displayed prices.
  • 7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are prepaid.
  1. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to our refund policy.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage as per the courier’s stated value.
